1. Service Engagement & Proposals
All web development, design, and marketing projects are executed according to mutually agreed scope proposals. Any additional feature requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
2. Payment Terms & Deliverables
Project payments are structured in installments as defined in your service contract. Final website source files, admin credentials, and domain transfers are released upon full settlement of project dues.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment completion, all custom website source code, visual designs, and content created specifically for your project become the full property of the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand materials, high-resolution logos, product details, and text content in a timely manner to maintain project delivery schedules.
